What happens when you change plan

• Downgrading never deletes anything: whatever exceeds the Free limits becomes read-only, and you can still read and export it.
• If a payment fails, you keep Pro access for 7 days of grace.
• Cancelling is immediate from Plan & usage in the app, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan does not expire and does not ask for a card. Its limits are in the table on this page.

What does the Pro plan add?

It removes the limits on active projects, agents with an MCP token, collaborators, tasks per project and history, and adds full analytics, GitHub inspection and the full backup.

How does the free trial work?

It is 14 days of Pro for free, with a card. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription renews automatically; we email you a few days before the first charge.

What happens if I downgrade or a payment fails?

Nothing is deleted. Whatever exceeds the Free plan limits becomes read-only and you can still read and export it. If a payment fails, you keep Pro access for a 7-day grace period.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, from "Plan & usage" → "Manage subscription" in the app. Cancelling is immediate and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Can I export my data?

Yes, as JSON and CSV on every plan. The full backup is a Pro feature.

Who charges me, and with what taxes?

Payments are handled by Paddle as the registered merchant. Prices include applicable taxes depending on your country.
